I have a Dell Inspiron 3000 M200ST Laptop with Windows 98 SE. I am able to play DOS games on it. And When ever I start the game Albion (without DOSBOX) part of the right screen is cut off. For example I cant see some of the right part of the inventory, and the chat bubbles are cut off. Is there a way I can make it so that I see the entire window?
The current screen settings are 24Bit and 800X600. My monitor is NeoMagic MagicGraph 128.

EDIT: I have the Albion CD by the way.

I would usually say to play with the monitor settings directly since all normal monitors have buttons on them to adjust the screen display. Sometimes the screen get misplaced either in the shipping or because of reason X and you simply needs to move the screen center a little for resolution X of the monitor to get a good setting.

This is more complicated since you have a laptop tough. I don't have experience in that, so I can't really help you... But if I were you, I'd be looking in that direction.
