I already looked at that.. But the guard wants other pages, lines and words. Not the numbers that are on this forum.

Hey, simply download the full-speech CD version of the game here and forget such worries.

I'm using DosBox 7. I can start the game but after the intro when I choose a character the game shuts down and I'm back in DosBox mode. Any help? Thanks.

Maybe a previous version of DosBox helps? Also, which version of the game do you use? The floppy one from this site or a full-talkie CD version?

To the above 'guest'. If you have speech enabled then the game will crash as the version here has no speech. Reinstall and untick speech and tick text, then you'll be okay.

Hi,

One question.

I just got a new computer and now have to run dosbox to play LOL.

But how can I get a full screen istead of just a small box showing?

Go to the DOSbox page, or just google a front end called 'D-Fend'. It allows simple set up of a game and then D-Fend calls up DOSBox. Just set the cycles for the games, etc, tick the 'full-screen' box and then run the game via D-Fend and the game will start full screen. Also, by setting the game up in D-fend, you don't have to set it up again, just start it within D-Fend. Much better than setting the game up every time you start DOSBox.

As i understand it, Lands of Lore 2 was made only for windows.... so it should be inferior to the first part, but i could be wrong

Open dosbox.conf and go to the line that says fullscreen=false. Change it to say fullscreen=true.

For any further questions, you might want to first check the official DosBox FAQ, and particularly this part of it. It is quite helpful for users unfamiliar with DosBox.
