There is a way to actually hear the awesome sound effects, load the TOPPLER.DAT file into a program that can play .voc files (something from the time when the first Sound Blaster cards became available).

I actually have some old .wav files, might be worth putting up here?

Well, actually the game has nothing to do with the Sound Blaster. It uses your PC Speaker to do these sounds.

I still play this game on my old 286m which is still working, but not in the best shape, but it can play the sound effects, and also that song in the title screen (Where Gorbachiov's face is). The russians sure knew how to use the PC Speaker perfectly. :laugh:

However, if you have those old .wav files, put it up. Everything's worth that is more than nothing.
