Hopefully things will get better for you, but if you have such a negative stance and only feel sorry for yourself then that is your own fault. You don't have to let time pass by, you can educate yourself about things that interest you over the internet you can really learn a lot of things - from your room. If you feel lonely you can chat with people or discuss with them over forums. (I know it's not like physical communication, but at least it counts for something doesn't it?)
To conclude you should take the best of any given situation no matter how hard it might be for you and how hopeless it might seem, a bit of optimism and you'll be back on your track.

At first I couldn't educate myself in here, because the physical pain was two much to bear. I could hardly stand up sometimes. And the painkillers did no good.
Now, those pain attacks are not that much, but before I knew it, some time has past. And sadly, I've forgot most of the things I was learning so hard (I was on the third year of studies on Japan's language and culture). When you're not using a langugage, you're forgeting it. I forgot a lot. A LOT! But know, when I'm still a prisoner of my tired, worn out body and the threat of new pain, I don't feel like studying at all. Not only I don't have the right materials and no ocassion to learn on my mistakes, but I've also have NO PHYSICAL STRENGHT to just sit up straight and spend hours and hours on practicing kanjies (like one sign, 7 readings, 30 elementar connections with other signs, etc., etc.) With all my problems with heart, sleep, etc., I just can't do it

and...why do you think I didn't try internet to kill some of my loneliness?

But I agree that optimism is notwhat I use often.
No, I'm not an optimist at all.

sorry for my poor english
