I think you should talk to Kosta - he's the one who decides about moderating powers.

Brings to my mind that tidying the threads might as well slenderise them.
Or is that a too tall order for the admins? (<- this is no criticism, I actually absolutely have no clue)

You might not even notice that, but I've been removing garbage from the Games Discussion forum all year long.[/b][/quote]Oh yes, I did notice but I meant all the other admin. Like:" Let's do a big cleaning action all together!".

Of course, but there aren't actually too few admins assigned I just wonder where they are?!

That would be wonderful.
Just as Sebatianos said, however, it's Kosta who makes the decision (but I don't see any reason why he should refuse your application)

Was being done - I know Fawful, Reamus, Reup and a few others were working on it as well - but apparently there has been no activity on the project for a long while.
Reminds me like I wanted to get the Requests forum all tagged up before March...

mg2: Doing... what?! LOL

Well, we still have to see that we're non-commercial (in every way LOL) so we can't draw or force them.

Aonther thing:
All this tidying wouldn't be that necessary if the guests and newbies would stuck to the "sticky-suggestions" and use the search function. Sound issues and the Albion no-cd-problem comes to my mind. And running games from 1990 in plain XP... a.s.o.

Lets make that sub-forum and just put (and lock) the original topic there. People can then either search their answers from the original topic or start new topic(s). We can also make several locked and/or pinned threads such as the "How to run the game", "Problems with running the game" and "Tactics and Hints".

My suggestion for the old megathread is a simple one...

Dump it. It's unreadable and useless unless you're Fifth Horseman and can rake through all the repeated questions for hours on end.

Sure, everything'll be asked again, that's fine. This time it can be archived properly.
