Don't recognize the game from your description, I'm afraid. From what you say, I take it it had CGA graphics, right?
As for Mixed-Up Mother Goose Deluxe, it has been published in 1995 by Sierra, and thus is subject to 15 year ESA protection period. So yes, it will be available... in January 2011.
