And it's been a while since the day I both bought this and returned it, but I think the intro movie mentions drizzt too.

Actually, the game's whole plot hinges on Drizzt. In fact, you even get to PLAY him in your party for a really large part of the game! I think Menzo and the (much) more recent 'Forgotten Realms: Demonstone' are the only games thus far where you get to play as Drizzt.
