Got a bit less then 50 emails plus about 100 SPAM emails (Outlook separates most of them in Junk folder). Most of my regular emails are automated reports that I need, but there is always couple of emails that outlook does not pick up.

You could buy Norton antispam if its a serious problem and you handle important data through email and you want to protect it.
Otherwise... I use gmail and up till now i haven't received a single spam email. I could give you an invitation (as of last friday i'm able to send out invitations)... but you'd just think i'm bribing you into liking me.
