You can configure a shortcut to use a different config file. This lets you do a real lot (basically, just double-click a shortcut to run the given game).[/b]

This allows you to configure everything and BESIDES since 0.70 you can specify several config files. So even for the configured games you can specifiy the default config and then another one that will have preference of the things it doesn't agree with the default, but will leave the default settings when it doesn't specify other itself. So when you start using a new version you don't have to change every single custom conf file, just the default one.
