This game was made for Dos, so it's likely that you'll need DosBox to run it under Xp.
Rome: Pathway to Power (a.k.a. Rome: A.D. 92) (1993) Published by Millennium Interactive (Not ESA member) & Maxis (ESA member, 10 years of protection) Developed by Firstlight (Dead company) There are only used copies at Amazon. Our Oldwarez list says it was published & Developed by Electronic Arts and I think it's wrong. Mobygames, Wikipedia and other Abandonware sites confirmed what I have just written above. I would say approved.
