HMISET:

[DIGITAL]
DeviceName = Sound Blaster
DeviceIRQ = 5
DeviceDMA = 1
DevicePort = 0x220
DeviceID = 0xe000

[MIDI]
DeviceName = MT-32
DevicePort = 0x330
DeviceID = 0xa004

i think this is the cfg file related with the setup.
When i try to run the game with these settings (or any other that allows midi) the game disspear and i'm back to windows. there's another one cfg file, but its not important, its about casting in the game.

Is there an "ARENA2" subdirectory under the DAGGER directory?

Also, how exactly did you mount it under DOSBox? Am I right in assuming you mounted the whole DAGGER directory as your C drive?

A few questions after reading these posts: Have you tried to run nocd.bat in DOSBox only? Have you tried to run it in XP? Didn't it work with the compatibility box checked?

Yes there's a arena2 subdirectory under the dagger directory. And yes again, i've mounted the whole dagger as my C drive (mount C C:\dagger).

i'm running noCD.bat under XP, because in DOSbox i just get a black screen.
