There isn't much to like about Vista for me. It uses way too much memory, I don't need an operating system with so many bells and whistles.
I can't think of many things other than the Aero interface that Vista has over XP. XP is very stable for me, and doesn't use much memory. Until Microsoft develops an OS with real tangible benefits, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, I see no reason to buy their new software. |

the look of the vista interface could be easily used on xp.
there exists many mods that change the appearance. I want to wait a bit longer for some more "Service Packs" of Vista. Maybe the memory probs will be resolved... and if not... Windows 7 awaits :laugh::laugh::laugh: |

Man I cant stand Vista because I used it for a few seconds while at my Cuz's place this past weekend. Sure the security is great on it but its just to hard to find stuff like the settings to see the bloody file extensions.

I was a first time Vista user so it was hard at first but now its easy as pie now.
