MDK does mean something, but no1 but the developers know what.

if i get the time at the weekend ill drag through my PC gamers articles and scan in the interview with the developers.
Well if the makers know the meaning and haven't told anyone, that gives everyone even less of a right to start throwing around names.

The phrase "Murder Death Kill" was used to describe, well, a murder in the 1993 movie Demolition Man. (Oh yes you do remember it.) It seems like a bit of a reach to connect the film to this game, but maybe the developers were big fans of Stallone (or Sandra Bullock, which would be more understandable).

Make sure you set the path correctly in the .cfg file, and try loading the windows version without Direct 3d support.

I haven't actually played the game, so I don't know for sure, but none of the screenshots look anything like the film. The basic premise of the film: Really bad guy (Wesley Snipes) is apprehended by law enforcement (Sylvester Stallone), but many innocent people die in the process, so both individuals are punished by being put into cryogenic suspension. Fast-forward many years into the future. Bad guy somehow gets thawed out (don't remember how) and starts doing his bad-guy thing, so Stallone is also thawed out to catch him. It's really not bad for an action flick, and there are some fairly funny parts as well. Also Sandra Bullock.

The game and movie have nothing to do with each other.
