Yes, you'll be inserted into substitutes list, you'll play if other players will be disqualified, stay tuned

Unfortunately the status of XCom - Ufo Enemy Unknown has changed, it's sold here and we can't offer it for download anymore.
So now it will be hard to find substitutes, if you are interested please let us know.
