Your graphics card doesn't have anything to do with how fast the game runs. DOSBox emulates the graphics card.
You will need an engine port that works under Windows. Check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Build_engine for a list of possible ones. Also: http://advsys.net/ken/build.htm
