The amount of free space returned is larger than the installer can recognize. What _r.u.s.s. suggested will work just fine.

Loved this game back in the day , pretty scary game especially hearing those screams and cries when moving oh so slowly down those dark narrow corridors. Never did finished it though , a bit too hard for me.

Space Hulk and Space Hulk: Vengeance of the Blood Angels are different games, but many of the missions are extremely similar (similar maps). I played SH:VBA on Windows, it seems a little easier. It works quite well in XP, even using it inside VMWare or Virtual PC, by the way. Vista wont work, Im afraid.

There's been a freeware remake just only released. I didn't play it yet, but will do so in a few hours time.

You can download the remake at http://www.teardown.se/ :nuts:

It's been fifteen years and one month since March 1993!
And do you know what that means?
Space Hulk goes downloadable again!

Excellent game but some missions are just too damn hard. I've gone through all the tutorial missions and am now doing the Space Hulk ones. A great challenge they are though.

Default Help...

-BUMP-

Hi guys, my first post on the forum.

I've downloaded Space Hulk from the Abandonia site (having owned and loved it when it was first released on the Amiga), and can run it via DOSBox. Two questions though:

1) how do I get sound? I have no sound or music at the mo, kinda spoils the feel of the game;

2) how do I get the game to display and run in anything like a full screensize? At the mo I have a small display box for it, about 4 inches by 3 inches - not good :embarassed:

Cheers in anticipation of many replies...

AB's Space Hulk game is preconfigured for dosbox 0.72.
If you didn't altered anything in the dosbox conf (sound settings) you'll have sound.

Full screen: alt+enter.
