![]() Hey guys,
I've just received the encoded radio messages, then converted the letters I got into numbers w/the decoder book. I understand that you're then supposed to find the page, line and word that correspond to those numbers in the manual. Problem is, things don't always match up, particularly for the CIA messages. I always get numbers like 88-9-3 and not only does pg 88 not exist, neither does line 9. I am able to get the first (Washington) message... but even though I've been restoring time after time to get diff numbers, I can't seem to get a sequence that allows me to decode the CIA message. Any help please?? |
