If you mean that yellow square gem, it's used in the Urbish Mines to unlock a door, at one of the ends of the rail cart tracks.

Nope, though those hidden Items were mentioned in this thread long time ago already, I think, also the in the final game removed spell Vortex and an empty hidden area somewhere behind Urbish Mines, I think, that has no access to in the game unless with a trainer or some such.

Default How to make work in DOSBox 0.73

This game will crash in DOSBox 0.73 (apparently it ran fine on the previous version.) I did some browsing at the official DOSBox forum, and found out that the game will not crash when cputype is set to 386.

Alternatively, one could use an official patch that fixes this along with other bugs. The patch can be found here. I would recommend the Abandonia staff to update the version available here using that patch.

Default Stuck in Cimmeria

So I've got all the keys, statuettes, etc that I need but I'm afraid I messed up big time. I'm to the corner of the Castle Level 2 where there are 2 buttons, one that opens a pit, and one that opens up a wall where I can get to Richard. Unfortunately I chose the pit button first and now I can't get to the other one. Is there a way to close it?? I keep shooting arrows at the wall but it's not getting to the button. Do I have to go back and do the whole level over again?

Hopefully this illustrates where I am:
