Change the game's sound config IRQ to 7.
or Dosbox's default to 5.
(works for me)
I prefer changing game settings.

I'll add this game to the list of "need repacking with correct config".

I haven't used DOSbox settings before, how do I speed up and down again?

Dosbox "readme" says CTRL+F11 CTRL+F12.
