Better use fruit squeeze device for apples.
But carrots are nice..Drink every day 500 grams same fruit and YOU will reach 200 years without problems..Yes, Lotos and Sarvangasana also.. ...polite advise of real yoga LOL have to open Yoga section in AB I will be the Super, Super Mod, Admin and Boss ha ha ha |
