Did you also try ticking that "safe mode" box?

What is your system's current screen resolution? It's possible that TTD has issues running full screen on high resolutions -> try lowering the resolution (I have 1280x800 so anything below that won't probably help).

And you can always try the open source clone.

Those guys at GoG should repair this one(and that awful savegame problem) rather than republishing titles that work perfectly in dosbox like Cannon Fodder.

When I played it couple years ago, I couldn't restore a save game, it was invisible or something, or maybe I was too silly not to click on C: button to look for it?!

Anyway, I had a go with OpenTTD(0.7.2) yesterday and I can say it improves TTD sooo much, hours just passed me by.

Me too, I just upgraded from version 0.6. something to 0.7.5 and it's soo much fun to play now. Especially because I can merge stations without having to place them next to each other.:thumbs:

Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade train tracks with just one click, without having to replace every single track yourself? I've built an entire system of train tracks all across a 256*256 map and really don't have the patience to replace it manually, track by track.

I'm absolutely sure that there is a button (in the train construction tab if I remember correctly) that does this. Just select the whole area you want to upgrade.

I have tried everything and nothing want to work. I am running windows 7 and i've tried everything the people talk about in the forums to get the game to work. NOTHING. It either asks me for the CD or error with the dplay.dll. file or something.

Please help!!!??? I really love this game.

did you run the file called "runme.reg"? after which you only run Transport Tycoon Deluxe
