![]() I cannot decide which one is the truly best game, so I name a few:
Planescape Torment is the all time best story Diablo I is the all time best re-playability Gothic II (with add-on) is all-time best for atmosphere Heroes of Might and Magic is all-time best for multiplayer Giana Sisters is my personal all time best memory from childhood (first game I played, and first game I completed after few months)

![]() I haven't finished that even once. Minesweeper has the best re-playability, I have finished it dozens of times and Freecell and Solitaire and ...

![]() Only one game calls me back over and over, and that is Quest for Glory 1 EGA. I doubt I will ever become bored of taking my hero from nothing to the saviour of Spielburg.

![]() Monkey Island is my all time favourite game, but mostly because of it's sentimental values, because I played it as a kid.
There are so many brilliant games out there.

![]() Fallout 2 (mainly for its high replayability) just to name one.
And well, Full Throttle for total badassness. |

Ultima Underworld 1 Monkey Island 1 & 3 TIE Fighter

![]() Fallout 2 because of its hugheness. And I still couldn't find the Alien Blaster in it (although my character tends to be lvl99 with all expeditor-skills and 10 LK, and I'm looking at the right place for it).
Fallout 1 for replayability. Heck, I wish "stupid character" would work properly in F2 too. As multiplayer Diablo 2 LoD. Too bad I could never organise people to help me do UberTristram in it (and I'm not good enough to play it alone). I should mention Resident Evil 2 for its neverending extras. Heh, I even finished Tofu, or all the prime scenarios just with the basic pistols! LAstly one from Abandonia: Baldies. Ok, it's currently not avaiable here, and I still couldn't beat the "Pharao Mask" level, but hey, I still have it installed, the savegame still hangs around... |

![]() Flashback because it was awesome at its time.
Starcraft because it's addictive The John DeFoe quadrilogy (5 days a Stranger, Trilby's Notes, 7 days a Skeptic and 6 days a Sacrifice) of Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw because of its great story. Ancients Domains of Mystery because of the variety of choices and possible roles you can take. It's the only game I know where one can change from the side of good to evil and then to good again every time one wants to do it (though through some effort). |
