I'm using it, but first it won't limit the CPU time available to other programs, because the tasks are run with minimum priority: as soon as any other program demands CPU time, BOINC will give way with no delay. And even if you tweaked the priority I don't think it would work like Mo'slo or the like, if that's what you mean.

Ya, I found that out just now Is Mo slo able to detect programs once they start up? I got a limiting program called BES, and it won't detect a program if it starts up.

I don't know, I only used a free version of Mo'slo for DOS years ago a couple of times. Google can really help you better than me with this.
