I've just tried this out because of all the hype in the review.

First thing first: this is NOT an RPG, but a hack&slash adventuregame.

The graphic is a bit outdated, but not much. The best part is the conversations, the format of that is awesome.
The direction-control show on screen shoudl have been left out. The spellcasting system is also lacking. I mean when you cast spells the game just pauses until you do it, and all the casting is done automatically The whole system could have been zillion times better if you could attack by leftclicking on the monster, and spells could be cast by manually drawing them while holding rightclick.

The AI is also lacking. When two monsters notice us the same time they stupidly stand behind each other in a row - bloody stupid.
And it is cheating. The messenger in the first dungeon could sidestep!

The equipment-system is also BAD. I could swear for example I've found at least 3 spears, but in my inventory there is only 1. And in the first dungeon I'm 1 key short, although I've visited everything. Also the question "what will I need later" arise with the fatigue-factor.
