The reason I did it was when I posted it originally, I noted that Callahans Crosstime Saloon was still labeled as "ESA Protected" on its game page. This spurred my curiosity, so I looked in the "Requerst Games" sub-forum and found nothing regarding the game. Once I did some research and found that the game seemed to comply with Abandonia's Definition of Abandonware, I created the OP with the appropriate information so the game's status could be confirmed by another staff member.

ehm, but the Game can be downloaded and that since May! Protected or sold Games can be checked on this Board.
