Default Bugs in ore resources building up?

I was playing, trying to beat the game (this game really MAKES you try, really good in that way!) and noticed something odd. Sometimes, when I visited my colony on a different star system, I noticed how the ore levels seemed surprisingly low - even though I had fastforwarded for let's say a hundred ticks just now.

So, I used Cheat Engine to track the values of ore on different planets. This is what I noticed: Only the LAST SOLAR SYSTEM VISITED produced ANYTHING!

If I looked at System 1 with New Earth on it, the ore amounts from New Earth started to build up. When I looked at System 2 with Phoenix 2 and my colony on that, the New Earth resources stopped building up and the Phoenix 2 resources started to build up again.

Also: Sometimes when I look at the mines on Phoenix 2, (for example), the Energon production is 18 t/tpt. This is true sometimes, as the ore increses by 18 per hour. BUT sometimes it increases 36 per hour, and sometimes even 54! Just what is going on?

The issues:
1) Resources stop building on other solar systems than the one last visited
2) Resources randomly build up by multipliers of 1, 2 or 3, in a seemingly random fashion and ONLY by whole numbers 1, 2 or 3.

Anyone else experience these?
