If your going to start using Amazon as a basis for if a game is still sold or not, then pretty much every game on this website is still sold.

It is not being sold by the company who owns the rights on Amazon, it is being sold second hand through the marketplace, the same as if it was on eBay. I see no evidence that this game is still being sold *new* on any website.

Also, since I never saw it specific before. this game was released in 1996, not 2001. The original release was DOS only. Later, a discounted Pocket Price version was released for Windows 95.
