I mean yes its a great game, and it may attract certain audience to AB, but I just think AB storage should be spent on something that can't be found somewhere else.

Ok, what's the status of GTA and GTA 2 now that download is no longer available from Rockstar?

The games used to be available on Steam, but they aren't anymore.
They're not protected by ESA anymore.
Both games are sold on Amazon.com (also on the German and French ones.)

So yeah, the games are protected for now. We'll have to wait until Rockstar releases them as freeware again.
