Very nice indeed.
 I have the same "problem" though.My highest prices were for: Portal (from Activision) 1986 - near mint Shadow of the Comet - near mint Darkspyre - good status Ultima III (very first Apple II issue) - near mint Ultima IV (very first Apple II issue) - near mint Ultima IX Dragon Edition (signed by Richard Garriot with video proof ) - near mintAndI cannot stop.
