![]() XP can run without any problem on P266 with 64Mb memory (just will take a bit longer to load), and with proper tune up, speed can be reasonable. (turning off all animations, classic desktop etc..)
I used to work on PII 333MHz with 128Mb of memory, and used to have a NT, Win2000 and XP on that laptop without any problem. Here are MS recommended requirements: Quote:

![]() i ran windows xp on a 850mhz celeron laptop with 62mb of ram and 20gb hd space and it ran fine (internet didn't work, thats about it but i had a dual boot with windows me that i used for the net)

![]() I had XP on my laptop with 766Mhz 128RAM and 32video with no problem but when i reinstalled the OS it was al f#!$up so I changed it to win 98 and my laptop is flyin'

![]() When you press Ctrl-F12 it increaces CPU cycles with 500 and when you press Ctrl-F11 it decreaces CPU cycles with 600-something. Might I ask why?
