Do games that come out broken count? A bunch of those.
A couple of candidates Ultima 9, a bug fest and the Destroyer of an entire franchise. Jaws Unleashed. Just.... WHY? and what maniac thought up the control scheme anyway? Someone who never understood consoles and PC's aren't the same thing, that's who.
