Well this works for Windows 3.11 through Windows XP and tested on Windows XP so I'm not sure.

It is just a little experiment on scroll programming. I am a programmer but I took a course in Psychology once. I like the idea of perception. Although you are seeing an image that is on the screen if it is drawn fast enough you might think it is smooth display. That is what I try to accomplish in this program.

I took Macro Economics once and all I learned is if you work you pay your debt in full eventually.

I took a course in Algebra once and that is what I use in programming much of the time.

I took a course in English Composition once and all I know is how to get my message across if I really try.

I read The Holy Bible 3 times although it is not an official course and that has lead me to worship God of Heaven for eternity gleamings with full respect upright service and also grateful for my immediate family through Jesus Christ the son of eternal virgin Immaculate Mary!

Well if you look for the right exe program you find two. It is the hacked one of the official if you consider that. The hack one is true tic tac toe too. The only difference is it is a few glitch and annoyance and sloppy distribution.

I was praying to Mary the mother of God and she told me to not sale this for some reason. She also told me to put it up on Abandonia and God told me to listen to his mom# I don't know why but you be the judge if you want. It is just Tic Tac Toe however I am proud of myself. There is the classic DOS version and also Windows all the way from the lowest up to XP and even there's a version for Windows 8 and 8.1 and 10. There's a few executable files there so you'll have to check them all out if you want. This was originally going for $20 USD and free shipping but I took it off of eBay to put it on here because I heard a voice in my head from mother of God!!! Weird huh?!

Well... my mom and I tried. hehe

She bought me 100 custom designed CDs for marketing purposes for selling my games and it turns out to be a flop. My friend says one of the biggest failures of marketing is religion. I guess he is right. All 100 of my CDs have the picture of Jesus Christ and Mary who is God in Heaven's right hand people# Well according to The Holy Bible if you choose the world then you shall have money but if you choose God of Heaven through his only son and his mother then you will be poor but have true friends and true family. Well I choose 100% God of Heaven but I don't see a penny so I guess that is true. hehe I wouldn't trade it for any amount of money in the world though. It's a pride thing. I love my family and know God of Heaven will take perfect care of all of them.

Well I just tried sampled InstallSHIELD2016; compared to WinRAR3.93 it seems more complex. They both do the same purpose of packing many programs into one single! Although both do the same purpose InstallSHIELD2016 creates a shortcut automatically compared to WinRAR3.93. I already paid for WinRAR3.93 but I put it in my big cousin's mom's old residence's name. I'm stupid like that. hehe However my big cousin has done much for me through the years. He is really a big giver but you have to look hard to see.

Really I don't regret it.

Well I just found out you get free updates even if you paid for a key years ago. I just downloaded an update and WinRAR 5.40 makes an automatic shortcut for you. I do not know enough about it however for my purposes WinRAR is enough.

However I suggest you give both a try. Each company offers a free sample for a limited time. Currently InstallSHIELD2016 offers a sample for 21 days with a watermark of sorts while WinRAR offers a 40 days of sampling. I've found 1 day is enough for me. However it is nice to have that leeway grace period.
