1. We have a code of honor here - only games that are not commercially avaible are put on Abandonia.
2. They could effect shutting the entire site down. Companies are sensitive on releasing freely their games that are still on sale. Hell, some are sensitive on just releasing their old products, even though they cannot be purchased anymore anywhere.
