Oh, it was my initial disposition with Steam. Unfortunately, then Russian economy crashed, and now I haven't possibility to gift games outside of Russia.

Oh, and they help waiting while I hope some things from my whishlist show up. Which of course never will I assume

Out of curiosity: what games do you mean?

(Also, having good friends on Steam hepls. My every Birthday I am receiving several games from my wishlist that wasn't accessible for me before.
