I just remembered, the DirectX installer is included as part of SETUP.EXE and cannot be separated. There is no separate DirectX installer bundled with this game.

Site is quite dead, so I doubt it ever will be uploaded anywhere. If you concerned with preservation, try Archive.org - they seems eagerly upload anything, and that's great.
