There are only handful of admins this days, so no, I cannot say if it will be reviewed, and even less - if it will appear on site. (I am mod with admin privileges, I am not responsible for games on site, so I, personally, cannot help you).

I believe, you totally can talk about the game in other groups, including link as needed - "abandonware rules" determines if game is "grey legal" at all, and if it can be uploaded on site, nothing more.
