And everything is FPS, independently from genre. Obviously because it is cheap to make, no idea needed, no story needed, you just put on some new skins, and voila, can go to the shelves.

RPGs hang on the story. Or should be. Of course if you just make an FPS, and your RPG is as much rpg as eg. Diablo... Then you don't have an rpg, you just shoot stuff.
