Got to work in XP using dosbox, burnt the contents of the zip to a CD (d:\ not d:\rtz) and mounted the hd and cdrom drive in dosbox and then installed it. Chose a full install which copys the files to the hard disk, when it asks for the cd drive i pointed at the cd drive as opposed the hard disk. Set up the sound card SB16 i/o 220 irq 7 dma 1. got to c:\rtz-cd and run rtz.bat
