None of the games you just mentionned are "lasting classics"... They merely rate 2 IMHO, and I'm being generous. Plus, those games were made in the Win 3.x era. Not that old games are bad, but those old 3.x games were sure lacking finesse and never managed to beat a true DOS game in any way.
Even as a kid I found all those games in the Microsoft Entertainment Pack rather under average and got bored of them really fast. And that's the intended audience target...  |

This game is still distributed
This game is distributed as part of the OEM bundels with new computers. It is was installed on my computer whne I got it from Dell back in 04.

We will need more substantial proof that it is.
Also, OEM bundles - not for resale.

why would we check oem bundles, that's totally irrelevant to abandonware status

Quite correct.
OEM bundles are tied to purchases of computer software. They cannot be bought by themselves. We'd have to be quite insane to consider those when checking the status. Yes, I am insane, thank you - but not that much (yet).

Oh heeeeelllll yeeeeeeeahhhhhhhh! Chip's Challenge! This was one of the first old computer games I played. My now-dead grandma had it on her old computer...
