Uhh....

I only found two that could even somewhat be considered "art."

And they're not, really. They just are not horrible.

I'm posting them anyway, so Strobe will stop telling me to "try." :bleh:

I'm not a photographer, I barely know how to operate a camera

My kitty.

Mini-tortes.

If it helps me earn "brownie points," I did make the mini-tortes myself....

tai, now you've actually earned yourself a brownie goblet

very nice pics, indeed! i knew you won't disappoint us!
you're cat looks very relaxed! i wonder what presents it has gotten, hehe.

my favourite one is the candy picture. literally "eye-candy"...
makes me hungry..

excuse me if i was getting on your nerves with motivating you to "try".
but as a matter of fact, except of sixapes (who studied photography)
noone of us is a "photographer". we all are just "trying"...and having
some fun with it.

I'm also not a photographer, but look at these pictures...

These have been taken in Russia, two of them with my mom:
Bridge
Same bridge, other view
Clouds of lead (I guess you can encounter such clouds only in Russia...)
Among the trees (right near the main street in the town)

This one I took during an one-day stop in Switzerland on our way to Italy (our class travel):
Mountains

Well, and this one I took in Spain when I was there with my sister on summer vacations in 2003:
Costa Brava

And for those who might be wondering...
The lady in the pics, is his mother.

wow, russian clowds are AMAZING!!!

anyways, I think we all need(exept for few) to go back to topic now, and stop posting pictures that have sentimental value, and start posing those of more artistic values... please don't get pissed at me for saying this!

This photo was taken exactly a year ago, on my way to the city, from my hometown. The weather had been really beautiful for those 5 days I stayed there that time.
I don't actually remember what fjord this is, but I think it's ?orskafjör?ur (Cod-fjord). Not that it really matters

The huge white thing is snow over the ocean.

I'm moving to Europe.

There's nothing pretty in Florida. You'd think there was, because we're surrounded by ocean, but the ocean is covered by thousands of half naked people. And not even very attractive half naked people.

There's a lot of old guys in neon thongs.

@FreeFreddy: Awesome! I have never seen clouds like that!!

@Puffin: I've only seen snow a few times in my whole life...

@Strobe: Don't feel bad, I was just teasing! But, I can make a recipe for you if you want... they're not that hard to make, as long as you can make cake (or use a box cake).

Russian clouds look like English clouds... except english clouds are more lead-y

On second thoughts, they are a bit blue..

don't be so strict, bohor!

i think the definition of artistic pictures varies greatly, and to be honest, pictures
taken under a certain sentimental aspect do have artistic potential indeed, imo!

if we were that selective, then almost noone would show anything here!
(including myself...)
be assured that tom and i would sort out pieces which are absolutely not
worth showing here!

@ freddy:
i love landscape pictures, and i agree with the others...russian clouds rock! k:

@ puffin:
your last pic is simply amazing!!! i was staring at it for several minutes and it
kept on being beautiful....really, really good!

@ tai:
i will come back on your offer about the recipe! but at the moment i'm trying
hard to keep my hands off from all sorts of candy, because my weight is starting
to bother me somehow
