I assume that we're talking best computer games here, because if we're talking about other systems I could at least give my favorite one or two (ex. Pirates:Gold and Mutant League Football for Sega Genesis, FF3 for the Super Nintendo, Crystalis for the old school Nintendo, Metal Gear Solid for the PS, and Halo for the X-Box)
