It's not about anger. It's about head-crushing. Which in turn is about manic James-Bond-bad-guy laughter. (Y'know: BWAH-HAH-HAH-HAH! That kind of thing. And he looks to me like he may well be inclined to give a little megalomaniacal laugh once his head-crushing finger-and-thumb meet. There's nothing wrong with that, though. I respect maniacal laughter as much as the next guy; usually even more. And as for distance head-crushing, it's a dying art, and it gladdens me to see such a professional as the gentleman in the picture at work).
