I always think Diablo II is not as simply as most people thought. Sure, point and click is easy, but would you prefer navigating 10 menus just to hit your enemy? The simply interface is what made the game good.
Planning your charater also require thinking, especially with patch 1.10. I have seen many people play their charaters until level 70s, only to restart when they find out that their charater is not strong enough to take on hell difficulty.

Infact around lvl 70 diablo just stop motivate me.Why should I play it again with just stronger monster and nothing new?To play it two days to get a level.To get super-unique item which chance to drop is 1 : 1000000000000?
And now, when I have finally beaten Diablo on Hell, I have no reason to play it again...
