i have taken two shots, recently, which i want to present here as they fascinate
me somehow.

the first one was taken on an old cemetary, which is located near the town where
an old friend of mine lives. this place has a medieval, almost mystical touch to it
and i was spellbound while taking a look:

the second one was shot at the storage room of a fashion store. a friend of my mom's
working there and i once told her, that i would like to arrange a picture with some
fashion puppets...finally, she gave me a chance to:

Wow, Strobe! :w00t:

The first is very beautiful, it makes me want to go there... it seems somehow straight from a cemetary scene in a game.

The second, I really love how you've used the models, but it seems so dark and scary, totally creepy. It seems like the woman is about to be attacked, she's in a vulnerable position, while the man is looming over her. Totally creeps me out, but still very cool. Really nifty k:

thank you all for your kind feedback!

@ tai:
i'd never imagined that the puppet picture could be interpreted as dark and scary.
actually, i intended to arrange a scene which, although it's only in b/w, bears a
positive message... but your view of this is interesting, nevertheless!

i was sitting in front of my computer today and i longed for being elsewhere. i'm quite
fed up with staying in germany all the time, but i have to because at the moment
there's no chance for being elsewhere. so i decided to browse some photos of my
last visit in new york city to create sort of a vacation feeling and i found a pic which
evokes a strong feeling within my chest. it was taken at "ground zero"...

the next pic was shot this morning. our little puppy was taking a nap in the bathroom
and the position this little cutie moved herself into while sleeping is really nice...

*hugs*

That is both a sad and a beautiful picture. Sad, obviously, because of the connotations that go along with it. Beautifuly, because you seem to have captured an amazing spirit in it. Treasure that picture always.

As for the little jewel...

She's absolutely adorable, I can't wait to meet her

the picture at ground zero is an amazingly professional picture, it seems almost..surreal in the way the light hits the buildings.

AWESOME!!! The "ground zero" picture looks like half painted half real what makes it even more emotional (reminds me of an anime whose title I don't know).
