Sorry - I've been away for a while.
Do not chose VGA graphics under WinXP. Go for the MCGA (I think it's that).
You'll get the same quality graphics, but with no animation. Otherwise it doesn't work.

Anyone know if there is a map editor for the original RRT (the DOS version) or RRT Delux? Be nice to find a way to make your own maps. Maybe I'll make an attempt at finding out how to do that over the summer....

How do you build double tracks instead of single tracks?

YES there ARE double tracks. Just press D where you want to double them (but a track has to be built first!

I have the manual, but I have to compress it some more, to get it up (it's still too big). Keep checing back with the game (or this thread)!

After downloading Transport Tycoon, and finding it hard to learn, I decided to download this.

I'd say RRT is less complicated than Transport Tycoon, especially on easier levels where the stock brokers' market doesn't play an important role. I suggest you start in Europe, it's a lot easier and faster than for example South America (more densely populated, more cargo)

I too would like to download the manual. Has anyone found a site where it can be downloaded?

Also, when you're in the second-closest zoom (f2), it shows the stations. In the stations, green bars appear. Does anybody know what these mean?
