The game actually is very fast. That's why this game is so good (imagine slow Alien Vs. Predator? :blink: - imposible). You have to play it for a while, and then you will get into it and find how easy it is actually to play (I hope :whistle: ). k:

I also agree that editor was wrong in few things. I will tell him that. Hope he will fix the 'errors'!

erm, where can I get a copy of the soc_k as it is now not in the download and was the only way I could get this game to work

Later versions of this game should be posted on this site. First sensible soccer is charming but later versions had many improvements and every soccer league you could ever want! Playing career mode in them and winning the champions cup...priceless. It had features that no soccer or manager game ever matched!
Unfortuneatly playing it can get too easy. Just buy a very good attacker and that's it. Luckily we got a result mode too. Sensible soccer is a true gem! I've still got the 96/97 version.

You don't have to get soc_k file. Just run file Sensible.exe. Everything is written in review and in Readme.txt file in archive. k:

Of course there is a career mode. You've got it in both 96/97 version and the one before. You choose a club and play in league, with possibilty of entering champions league and UEFA cup. You can also be called to be the manager of the national team in 96/97 version.
