Have you ever tried to play NES, SNES or Genesis games on 27" TV? They look bad, and you have to sit far back in the order to play them, and to know what are you doing.

I believe that 19"-21" would be optimal for my needs.

sure Nes and similar games are fine on a small TV.... but Xbox and gamecube games look great no matter how big

my boss has a projector up against a screen which he uses to play video games.... i don't know the actual measurements but its BIG k:

I agree for the newer systems it rocks to play on a big screen, my friend has got a nice 50 inch something wide screen at his home, and playing gamecube games like Madden, Mario Tennis, Soul Calibur 2, they all look wicked good.

He has all that crap but no Neo Geo??? THAT is seriously wrong.

I would never buy everything ever published for any system, but only the very best stuff that I love to play. (Same with books.) So if somebody looks at my shelves, he sort of knows who I am (given the person knows the stuff). If you have/are everything, you have/are nothing. My philosophy, anyway.

but that collection is a bit of a waste, he'll never get to play them all. I'd be happy to come over and help though
