I can never get into world of warcraft. It's quite simply an exercise in tedium. It's hard to explain what i want to say because i'm quite tired but after the WoW factor wears off, the game is just boring. first time i put it on i played for about 1 and a half months. Second time i tried it i got bored after 4 days!

Perhaps because you tried nothing else?
One thing about WoW is that there's always something different to do, be it walking in the forest looking for herbs for druidic recipes, or hunting and skinning animals.

You just didn't try at all, and battles always seem to be fun, if you're anything but a warrior .

@Sup - Was it really that hard? I've played both Tauren and Night Elf, and it seems that it's actually very newbie friendly. They must have improved it since the beta.

Probably, but I just didn't like it. Spending hours playing a game alone (since when do I have "playing buddies"?) just for the sake of increasing virtual numbers and such, simply not my type.

To date the only MMORPG that I liked was Guild Wars. Possibly because it was the only one that was original, but going into that would be

Correction, it's for South American and Canada too.
But yes it is limited, but they can't possible make in national.

Peregy I beat you, lvl 53 Mage . Anyway, yea its unpiratble cause all the cd-keys are registered to Blizz, so they canno be used twice, and all chars are bound to that key. This is unless you play on a private server which are usually extremely laggy and buggy.

Found something out.

You can acquire the ability to pay after you trial via the client, but you have to pay the 40 dollars for the game too. (via your credit card or etc.)

BS, i've been playing MMO since Asheron's call came out and i usually play magic using characters anyway. Tanks are my alts. I'm not saying there is nothing to do, i'm saying that what there is to do is boring after you do it for any decent length of time. I blame my lack of interest partially on the static world. Stuff like Anarchy Online had randomized missions whenever you took one so it was always a little bit different, but it was enough.
