Your English makes me love you, welcome to the forums, and don't worry about difficulty with English, like %50 of the people here don't speak English as their first language.

Actually, it's a persistent irritating bug with new registrations. Running a certain administrative function every now and then fixes the problem for users already registered, but not for those who register later.
I've contacted Kosta about it a few weeks ago, but don't know when it will be fixed.
