![]() Ive ran into this problem playing XCOM apoc for windows, and the only option i could discover to fix it was to completely disable the video card.
I was hoping perhaps there was some genius here that new how to make games that only run in SVGA, work on these newer systems. What happens is that all sound works perfectly, but the graphics only go black and nothing will display. When you disable all video card adapter drivers, and force the mother board to go to SVGA then you can play it and see things. But at the same time, it makes the system pretty unstable, and makes everything else look like crap. Is there a way in vista to run one program in another graphics mode without screwing up everything else and forcing reboots to play in SVGA? |
